Melinda Rushing
Executive Director / Owner
Melinda has a deep, personal attachment to early childhood development and child care practices. It is her mission to reinforce the well-being of each child in our care, including their physical, intellectual, social, cultural, and emotional needs. She believes every child deserves a safe, high-quality, and caring environment and was drawn to ADLC because of the warm, family-like environment combined with a proven track record for academic excellence.

Kunwar Singh
President / Owner
Kunwar has many years of experience managing different businesses in healthcare and daycare sector, and 20 years of experience in the financial industry before that. He is also the father of two children. He is super excited to help guide ADLC to continued future success and to continue educating the young minds of the future.

Melissa Reilley-Grecco
Director
Melissa Reilley-Grecco is our director. She is passionately committed to the field of early childhood education. While studying at William Paterson University, Melissa had the privilege of working in early education as an infant, toddler and preschool teacher. After graduating, she spent 18 years as a kindergarten teacher, curriculum coordinator and education coach. As the director of ADLC she hopes to bring her years of experience, knowledge, and passion to the children, families and staff so that together we can build a foundation on which to foster a lifelong love of learning. In her free time, she enjoys playing softball, hiking, biking, kayaking, and relaxing at the beach. She and her husband also spend a great deal of time tending to their chickens, ducks, and dogs on their hobby farm in Hunterdon County.

Erica Miller
Assistant Director
Erica Miller has been with ADLC for just under a decade. As our Assistant Director, Erica oversees the operations of the school. She taught Preppers 2 for four years and Preschool 1 for three years before joining our administration. Erica graduated from Raritan Valley Community College with an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She enjoys going down the shore, fishing with her boyfriend, spending time with family, and playing with her two dogs, Tia and Louie.

Julia Mateyka
Lead Teacher - Infant Room #1
Julia is the lead teacher in our infants classroom and has been with ADLC since July of 2019. She fell in love with the field of infant development through her past position at Hillsborough’s Gymboree. Julia knew she wanted to be a teacher since kindergarten and began babysitting when she was 12 years old. Julia started teaching preschool dance and gymnastics classes at 14 years old and has been teaching ever since. She is very passionate about early childhood development and strives to provide her students with all of the care and love they deserve. When Julia is not at ADLC she enjoys kayaking, cuddling with her dog, and spending time with her family.

Jennifer Poslosky
Lead Teacher - Infant Room #2 JenniferP@alldaylearningcenters.com
Jen has been working at All Day Learning Centers for five years. The majority of her teaching career has been spent with 12 to 18 month olds as this age is her favorite. Jen loves being part of their growth and development. She lives in Hillsborough with her seven year old son Brandon. She spends most of her free time bringing her son to taekwondo, soccer, basketball, and 4H dog club practices. Jen does also have a Jack Russell/Chihuahua mixed breed dog named Lily.

Chinmayee Sahoo
Lead Teacher - Toddlers
Chinmayee is the lead teacher in our Toddler class and joined ADLC in November of 2022.She has six years of experience as a teacher's aide in the Jersey City school system. She has worked mostly with the age group of 3 to 10 years old. Chinmayee has a Masters Degree in Economics. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her kids, gardening, and reading short stories.

Karolina Juzwa
Administrative Assistant
Karolina serves as our Administrative Assistant here at ADLC. She moved to Hillsborough from Brooklyn. One of her favorite parts of the job is seeing the cute little faces all throughout the day. At home, she loves cooking, baking, and spending time with her husband, two kids, and yorkie, Lukeybells!

Kerri Muniz
Lead Teacher - Preppers 1
Kerri is the lead teacher of the Preppers 1 classroom. She has been a part of the ADLC family for three years and brings over 15 years of experience in childcare. Kerri has worked with all age groups but enjoys working with the younger students the most. She finds it so rewarding to see how much our students are capable of learning and watching them grow. Kerri lives in Raritan, NJ with her boyfriend. Some of her favorite things are reading, playing video games, Harry Potter, spending time with her family and friends, and taking my dog, Cleopatra the puggle, for nice long walks. Kerri also love being with her niece and nephew.

Melissa Green
Lead Teacher - Preppers 2
Melissa Green has been with ADLC for a little over 2 years. She is the lead teacher in the Preppers 2 room. Melissa has taught in Preppers 2 and assisted in the infant room. She went to Raritan Valley College and studied Early Childhood Education. Melissa loves camping, concerts, and taking hikes with her husband Kyle and loveable dog Rico.

Vickie Hinkson
Lead Teacher - Preschool Room #1
Vickie is the lead teacher of the Preschool 1 classroom. She has her Bachelors Degree in Psychology and has over 14 years of childcare experience Vickie lives in Belle Mead with her two daughters Lilith and Penelope and her son Hunter. Penelope and Hunter also attend ADLC. She loves being a teacher and in her spare time I love hiking, baking, and all things Harry Potter!

Kim Regner
Preschool Room #2, Program Supervisor, and Events Coordinator
Kim Regner has been with ADLC for about a decade. She is the Preschool 2 teacher and Program Supervisor. Kim has taught in the Preppers room for five years and has also served as a Preschool teacher. As Program Supervisor, she helps with classroom management and plans the school events. Kim has a daughter and is expecting her second. She loves kids and being able to watch them progress throughout the year is really special to me. I enjoy taking Brazilian Jiu-jitsu classes with my husband and walks at the Sourland Mountains.

Jesenia Chester
Lead Teacher - Kindergarten
Jesenia has been a Kindergarten teacher for the past three years. She graduated from Rider University. Jesenia lovesshopping, going to the beach, and playing with her dog Cooper.

Joy McCarthy
Lead Teacher - PreK
Joy has been working with children for well over 14 years. She started out in a mommy and me class, then worked for many years in a two year old class, and then as a kindergarten assistant Now she has joined ADLC to teach out PreK class. She considers herself so fortunate to assist and teach different ages. Joy is a mother of three: two boys and a girl. The older ones are 25 year old twins, a boy and girl. Her ‘baby’ is 22.

Kate Acampado
Pre-K 2, Program Supervisor, and Music Director
Kate is new to ADLC this year but so excited to join the team! She is serving as Lead Teacher of Pre-K 2, Building Supervisor of the South Building, and Music Director. She graduated from Westminster Choir College in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Music. Music and early education are two huge passions of hers. If she's not at work, she can be caught enjoying time with her husband and dog or cuddled up at home with a good book.

Jessica Klobusicky
Lead Teacher - Preschool 3

Jessica is the lead teacher in our Preschool 3 class and I has been with ADLC for six years. She has been working with children for sixteen years. Jessica loves teaching because she loves to see the excitement in a child's face when they learn something new. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with family, baking, and enjoying nature.
