How We Learn: We Teach the Beauty of Diversity All Year Long

As a school the embraces people of all abilities, races, religions, cultures, genders (and non) with full acceptance and mutual respect, we teach the beauty of diversity all year long. We make a conscious effort to reflect this guiding principle in the books we read to our children. We embrace important holidays for all. We dive deeper into learning about new cultures, traditions, and love when our families share their cultures with us.

To honor Black History Month, throughout February, our classes learned about the contributions of influential Black figures in society. Our students now use multicultural skin tone crayon sets to more accurately color drawings of prominent Black leaders. And, we read books like “A Kids Book About Racism” (A Kids Book Company) for a child-friendly approach to this critical topic.

Our school family is here for you when your family needs us. All Day Learning Centers offers full- and part-time options with flexible hours from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Learn more about how we support your children ages from 6 weeks of age to age 13.
