The artwork of Keith Haring sparked inspiration for our budding artists this month. Our students learned about his distinctive pop and street art style that emerged from the graffiti art of the 1980s. The children learned more about self portraits and how they can be a powerful tool for creative works. Students designed their own versions of self portraits, producing art inspired by Haring’s unmistakable style.
